Grow, Hackney is an independent canal side bar, kitchen and creative space in Hackney Wick. They operate as an experiment in ethical and sustainable business. They hold events in partnership with local artists, musicians, DJs and community groups.

Project Brief

The site in Hackney was not able to contain a commercial kitchen internally so they asked us to bring in a temporary kitchen which we placed canal side at the back of the restaurant on the terrace.
