Case Studies Center Parcs

Overview

Center Parcs requested natural-themed catering units for five of their sites across the UK & Ireland: Longford Forest, Longleat Forest, Woburn Forest, Sherwood Forest and Elvedon Forest. These units were intended as additional kitchen facilities to run alongside their main kitchens, giving them the capacity to manage catering operations that serve a higher frequency of guests during the busy Christmas period.

To keep in line with the natural outdoor theme of the parks, the units were professionally wrapped in a wood effect vinyl that compliments their natural surroundings.

Project Brief

We provided Center Parcs with five 3m (10ft) x 6m (20ft) Pro One kitchen units that gave catering staff adequate space to prepare meals for guests during some of the busiest times of the year. The units were built with two large serving hatches and equipped with a variety of catering equipment selected by Center Parcs, including convection ovens, waffle irons, sink units and under counter fridges.
